Anthony graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2013. He then completed his vocational training in the south side of Glasgow before becoming an associate in a general practice.
He enjoys all areas of restorative dentistry and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, especially composite bonding. Anthony has a great passion for dentistry and strongly believes that a minimally invasive approach coupled with the latest techniques can produce highly aesthetic, natural and long lasting results. Anthony takes an artistic approach to all of his dentistry where he aims to emulate the natural appearance and proper function of teeth in his restorative and cosmetic work. He is very thorough in his approach to each case and very attentive to the patients’ needs whilst ensuring that treatment is carried out in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
“I was put completely at ease during my registration, my first appointment and when getting a filling. Everyone in the practice is so friendly and it really helps as I’m quite a nervous patient! I can honestly say that I now enjoy going to the dentist.”
Outside of work Anthony enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and running. He is also an avid Manchester United fan and enjoys watching them play whenever he gets the chance.
At the weekends he enjoys hanging out with friends and walking his dog Olive who is a dachshund.
“The staff are fantastic. I’ve always had dental issues, dating back to being a toddler, so I’ve always been self-conscious of my smile. I’ve also always been super anxious and used to avoid going to the dentist. So, it’s been life changing to get the proper treatment required to have a nice and healthy smile. I also don’t feel anxious about going which is novel. With other dentists, it felt more like I was getting quick fixes that would temporarily solve problems. Which is understandable as that was the treatment I was paying for. With the staff at Queen’s Drive Dental Practice, I’m getting a personalised plan that will hopefully leave my teeth looking great in the long-term.
John-Paul and Anthony are both lovely guys, but also very skilled at what they do. They don’t lecture you or offer judgement, they’re very kind and understanding and make sure you get the best treatment plan for long-lasting results. The hygienist and nursing staff are also great, I just never managed to catch their names. Would highly recommend going here. Yes it’s more expensive, but the results are well worth it and you’ll save money in the long-run as you won’t be paying for tons of small fixes.”
