Both hygienists were absolutely fantastic - especially for someone conscious about their teeth. From the second I walked in, the made me feel really good and I can’t speak highly enough about the job they done. All of the staff at Queen's Park Dental Practice were really friendly and immediately put me at ease. I was just in for a check up so wasn't really there for long but it's a lovely building and the waiting room has a great view over the park.

I had a great experience with Olivia today at my dental check up. It had been a while since I’d been in to the practice but she was so warm and welcoming that I quickly felt at ease. She worked in a way that was gentle and non invasive, and she explained everything to me along the way. She even showed me my X-rays and explained what we were looking at on the screen. I had an appointment with Michelle and Sylwia yesterday and they were excellent. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and I think if you were a nervous patient, they would be able to put you at ease very easily. I recently received some treatment after finally getting the courage to get to the dentist I got my treatment through lockdown and the staff were alway very helpful and stuck to strict safety measures to keep everyone safe they were grate from start to finish from getting a consultation appointment with Amber to then getting the treatment from John Paul the full process was quick and fast. My treatment was composite bonding with this I got a new smile. Getting this has been amazing I am now able to smile again and not have to fell every insecure about what my smile looks like. Thoroughly recommend Olivia and her team. I am quite terrified of needles and when she said that the injection would be painless, it was so! I just couldn’t believe it.Olivia first talked me through the process, offered music to help me relax, numbed the area with some gel and then very slowly got the anaesthesia in, I only knew it was done because I was told! If only more dentists would learn to do things this way, no-one would ever be afraid of coming to the dentist!! 5*read more

I had been following the practice on socials for a while, as I had been thinking about going private. I had been pushed into making a decision lately due to cracking one of my back teeth ,and the old filling that I had there coming away completely. What was still there was extremely sharp. Tried to get an appointment with my own nhs dentist and told it would be at least 4 months wait and I knew I couldn’t wait that long. I phoned the queens drive to see if they could help and who I spoke to couldn’t have been more my lovely. She fitted me in on an emergency appointment within two weeks. I was running late for the appointment and would have understood if I needed to reschedule, again the receptionist couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Thankfully Olivia could still see me and was absolutely amazing. She sorted out my problem for now and clearly explained what might have to happen to fix it permanently. The tech that was used to show me what she could see was so helpful and then to be shown my X-ray and pointed out the issues with my tooth was brilliant!I felt extremely comfortable within the practice and I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment in 2 weeks! Olivia and everyone at the Practice made me feel at ease from the initial phone call. Like a lot of people a visit to the dentist filled me with fear. Now thanks to Olivia & Everyone at Queens Drive Dental Practice this is no longer the case. It really is Pain Free Dentistry I was put at ease, everything I asked was explained to me, it is a very relaxing place thanks to the staff, I only wished I had known about them years ago, might not have as many grey hairs as I do now. I contacted queens drive dentist as I had seen them advertising on Facebook about pain free dentistry, which to me sounded excellent. I've always had really bad anxiety at even the thought of visiting the dentist, so bad I hadn't visited a dentist in around 5 years. On my first visit to queen's drive I was greeted by very friendly reception staff, once there I had a consultation with Amber who broke everything down for me and gave me the full treatment plan, I went away and thought about it, I then returned and had a check up with the dentist olivia and she confirmed for me everything that was required to correct my teeth. I had various teeth removed, couple of fillings, composite bonding and finally had a plate made with 4 teeth on it to finally give me a smile I had waited years on. Olivia was very patient with me during these treatments and always made sure it was "PAIN FREE". I would 100% recommend coming here for your dental treatment, you will be made to feel relaxed and assured you can have a break whenever you require during your treatment. I can't thank olivia enough for giving me my smile back.read more

Its true pain free filling! Had to have an old filling replaced; not had one in years, my, how things have moved on. Utterly professional team at QP. Didn't feel a thing from the local anaesthetic injection all through the drilling and filling (although the sound of the drill brings back memories!). Completely relaxed. Walked away and completed the rest of my day, forgetting I'd ever been to the dentist. No strange 'bite', no sensitivity, no pain. Wonderful.
