Who Can Benefit?
This dental implant procedure is suitable for a wide range of patients, and we’ve had many through our doors who’ve benefited from our approach to total care. Fixed Teeth In A Day is ideal for those who:
- Have failing or missing teeth
- No longer wish to have partial dentures
- Need to stabilise full dentures
- Have previously been told they can’t have dental implants
- Think they might need extensive bone grafting.
Fast and Fixed treatment is a fantastic solution. After all the planning and discussions are finished, we bring you into the practice in the morning and we put some implants in place, generally between 4 and 6. That part of the treatment is completed over 90 minutes, or 2 hours. In the afternoon you come back in and we fit some teeth into place for you.
The big benefit of this over wearing a denture, is that there’s no coverage over the palate area, so you’re not having that problem of feeling you’re going to gag, or that there’s something moving about.
Not having to wear a denture from the early stages is a real benefit. You can chew your food, you can get on with your life and not worry about the treatment you’re having done.
To begin with we will fit a temporary bridge, this would usually last about 4 months. You can then look forward to getting a new bridge which has been through the full smile design process and really gives you what you want, allowing you to continue to chew, not have a denture, and just get on with your life with the appearance that you want to achieve.
