My experiences as a long standing patient of Queen's Drive Dental practice have always been superb. The staff (and I would mention in particular my Dentist, John-Paul, my Hygienist, Thurga and Olivia at reception) are unfailingly, professional, attentive, interested and good fun. Am currently in the process of getting an implant and a couple of crowns done at Queen's Drive Dental Practice. I consider myself to be a nervous patient but my lovely dentist, Olivia Arthur, is so gentle and understanding that all my appointments have been a breeze. She is so patient and takes... the time to fully explain all the various procedures before they happen. The care and attention I have received has been 5-star treatment. Please don't put up with hiding your smile any longer and go see Olivia at Queen's Drive Dental Practice - it's life changing stuff!read more

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Glasgow 2 1/2 years ago. I’ve always had professional and friendly service.I decided to get implants for my front top teeth and it was the best decision.Jean Paul and Carla looked after me the whole way through the process and I am extremely happy with my... new teeth. John Paul Delaney is a fantastic dentist and Durga is a wonderful hygienist add on the cheerful and friendly receptionists and Queens Drive Dental Practice makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Queen's Drive Dental. I've had a longstanding general fear of the dentist after a few bad experiences with pain during fillings but I knew I had to be brave for my children. I found this place post Covid and I'm so glad that I did. It has made such a difference to us all. I still... get a bit nervous but nothing like how I used to and that is completely down to the team, particularly John Paul and Thurga, who are so friendly, attentive, non judgemental and communicative.I've had fillings done by John Paul and regular cleaning by Thurga and they both really helped to make this less stressful. During treatment it has been ok to stop if I need to and they never seem annoyed which is how I used to feel - like I had no choice but to suffer it. Totally not like that here. They regularly ask if you are ok during any treatment and are very patient, adjusting things where needed. This makes a massive difference. John Paul has also been great with my two kids and his advice has always been spot on including regarding my son's orthodontics.The ambience of the place is really nice and chill and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. This really helps to create a sense of calm.I am genuinely thankful to have found Queen's Drive and for all their care. They have made a big difference to our family and dental visits are no longer a drama for any of us. A small miracle indeed! Thank you!read more

It took me over 15 years to find the courage to straighten my overlapping and squinty teeth. Olivia gave me the confidence to go for Invisalign and the difference is incredible. Due to a crippling fear, it had been many years since I last had a checkup. However, one broken tooth made me face my fears! Olivia and Layla were very understanding of my fear - strangely not the pain but the noise of the drill. Two crowns and a filling later I now have healthy teeth and I trust... Olivia completely to do what needs to be done. I might not be fear free but I’ve now found a dentist I trust and will be coming back in 6 months time for a checkup. I can’t recommend dentist Olivia Arthur more highly. She was so professional, thorough, and painless! After having been told by another dentist yesterday that I would have to lose my tooth, Olivia managed to save it for me today and I left having to only have a new filling. Thank you!

Lovely practice with wonderful staff! This was my first visit to the practice and myself (and my children) were made to feel very welcome. It's very clean and a nice comfortable waiting room too.

I was put completely at ease during my registration, my first appointment and when getting a filling. Everyone in the practice is so friendly and it really helps as I’m quite a nervous patient! I can honestly say that I now enjoy going to the dentist 😃Update! 11/09/2024 😊After I... initially registered, I was put at so much ease, I actually chose to get a few old metal fillings replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My dentist Tony is super patient, thorough and his work is perfect - you can’t even tell I have fillings anymore!I recently got 8 composite veneers done by Tony and he has completely transformed my smile. He listened to me, was so helpful, and used his expertise to create my dream smile! The whole process was so easy and explained clearly by Amber and Tony. I can’t thank you enough! I can’t stop smiling 😊I honestly can’t believe how comfortable I am going to the dentist now, whereas before I’d be terrified going for a check up. I have been seeing John Paul the dentist for the last year. Feel v lucky to have him as a dentist. He exudes warmth and kindness. Makes you feel at ease irrespective of any procedure you are getting done. I have never had a dentist like him. I had two teeth removed by oral surgeon Julie in preparation for my Invisalign- which I put off for about 8 years- and after yesterday I cannot believe I did!I am not a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but was naturally slightly apprehensive as this was my first extraction experience.... Julie made me so comfortable from the minute I walked in the room. I felt involved in the process as she talked through my x ray results and what the process of removal might look like. She ensured I was comfortable throughout and was so knowledgeable and skilled!I never thought getting teeth removed would be a nice experience!read more

I have literally no words to describe my appreciation for what Dr. John Paul Delaney has done for me today, I was in pain and agony for the last 3 months and entire Glasgow’s dental surgeries had failed me and refused to help me until I got an appointment within just couple of hours In Queen’s... Drive Dental Practice and from the way they treated me and acknowledged my pain to end end of the ( PIAN FREE ) tooth extraction, everything was just perfect. You will be in safe hands in there, Dr, John Paul Delaney, you are deserving the entire credit of the world, I’m so grateful.read more

If I could give 6 stars I would!! I thoroughly recommend Tony O’Keefe and his team. I have just had composite bonding treatment and the attention to detail shown by Tony is second to none. I am an anxious patient and every step of the way the kindness shown to me was exemplary, the whole team... were fabulous. I have been with the practice for almost 2 years now and John Paul Delaney has shown me the same level of care. I am a patient who needs sedation and was not at any point made to feel awkward or embarrassed during my treatment. I did manage the composite bonding without sedation, (just as well as it takes an age)I hope in future I can start to feel confident enough to no longer require sedation and this practice has certainly got me going in the right direction..Thank you.Angela Etheringtonread more

I have been attending practice now for a couple of years but prior to seeing Olivia I was so nervous and anxious about coming and really put off coming to the dentist for years! I have just recently had some... cosmetic work done with Olivia and I’m so thrilled with the results! A confidence to smile and feel like I have a healthy Mouth again! I came from NHS about 2 years ago. Although I felt almost forced to leave the NHS I would choose the same route again given the improvement in my mouth health since I moved.Arranging and rearranging appointments and the equipment and care is worlds apart. Being able to see more clearly the hidden... health of my teeth and getting appointments when I need them means my mouth has become much much healthier. So I'm needing to go less and less.Special thanks to the always welcoming receptionists, and Tony the dentist and Phyllis and Sylvia the hygienists for their continuity of care and guidance. It has made a big difference. 👍read more

I went to see Tony to after having composite veneers placed at a different practice. Despite the practice being well rated I was disappointed with the results - they looked unnatural shape and colour and had a poor finish. Tony replaced the the work seamlessly and I can't believe the difference in... the end result. His attention to detail and skill in composite work is unmatched. He takes his time and created an environment where you feel at ease to ask questions or suggest any changes you would like. A tooth artist!read more

I travel an hour for this dentist and it is always worth it. I’m a nervous patient and the time is always taken to let me settle. The best dentists, always so kind & accommodating. I would not go anywhere else.

My appointment today was fine, but I was disappointed that the practice had only booked me for a consultation, which I had not been told about. Since they already knew a second appointment for treatment was necessary, that should have been booked at the same time. As it is, I waited two months for... the consultation appointment and now have another two month wait for treatment.EDIT - I am happy to say that the Practise contacted me to arrange a considerably sooner appointment date, and treatment has been successfully carried out.2ND EDIT - follow up appointment today. Was seen on time, everything as one would hope. Very pleased.read more

Currently in Scotland for work, had a bit of an emergency which was causing me a lot of pain. I tried 8 dentists with no luck. Even though Queens Drive seemed very busy they managed to squeeze me in an hour after my phone call. They were all very friendly and manage to sort me out very quickly and... I have, as always recieved first class treatment from John Paul and his assistants for all works required.I can not recommend the practice in any other way than to say that it is a first class service from being greeted with a smile at reception to having all work required explained in detail... and carried out expertly.read more

These guys are the next level in dentistry. I had the worst phobia of dentists (I’ve fled many a waiting room and even once during treatment 🤦🏻♀️), so I’d let my teeth get REALLY bad before visiting Queens Drive Dental. From the moment I called them until my... last treatment today, they have been exceptional. I’ve had a lot of treatment done since joining them and I can honestly say I’m over my phobia now. Dentist, Tony, is just so professional, empathetic and goes above and beyond. In all my treatments , I’ve not felt any pain at all (and I had 3 root canals). He’s a perfectionist and every treatment I’ve had has left me with a smile I’m finally proud of. I just can’t praise him highly enough. He’s explained every treatment throughly and I was made to feel so comfortable.Very long, rambling review to say, if you’re scared of dentists and ashamed of your smile, go here, they’re amazing and I can’t recommend them enough.read more

I was dreading getting 2 troublesome molars out, knowing they'd have to cut the gum and drill them, rather than simply pull them out. I was offered the sedation, and it worked perfectly. Julie was amazing, assured me and answered all my questions, she really is an expert. I was there for around an... hour and a half but it only felt like 10 minutes. Don't remember much about the procedure, and a day later I'm in no pain and healing has already begun. I couldn't recommend Queens Drive Dental Practice enough.read more

I’m having to use my husbands account as I’m not very tech. Wanted to say a huge thank you to Julie Burke oral surgeon at the practice. Went to see her today for the second time for a tooth extraction and once again she was just wonderful. Calm , confident and reassuring at what can only be a... nightmare patient to deal with. I can’t explain how scared I get visiting the dentist my whole body embarrassingly and involuntary shakes and thanks to Julie I couldn’t have had a better outcome. She probably realised that when I grabbed her for a big hug when she told me it was out ! Thank you thank you thank you Julie your a star 🤩read more

Had a great experience with Dr Usama Azim and his nurse Taylor. I was in for clear aligners fit and Usama couldn't be any more informative.
