Brian came to us struggling with loss of function when chewing, gaps around his mouth were affecting his enjoyment of eating and putting extra pressure on his other teeth.

He also wasn’t happy with the disproportionate look of his front teeth.

He and Olivia unpicked his main goals for treatment:

improving function by replacing missing teeth, and improving aesthetics by refining colour and proportions. With clear aims in place, a lot of planning happened behind the scenes before we began.

 To complete this smile, Olivia started by focusing on the health of the foundations.

 Only then did we begin to rebuild, replacing spaces with implants to restore function, and using a mixture of porcelain crowns and veneers to improve proportions and aesthetics.

 Whitening helped lift the base colour and tie everything together. This resulted in a dramatic improvement in both function and aesthetics.
