Liz came in for an implant of a front tooth to replace an old bridge that had been bothering her. 

The Treatment

We replaced the old crown where you could see the metal margin in Liz’s smile.

We also did crown lengthening and placed a new crown on the other front tooth.

Got an implant and a couple of crowns done at Queen’s Drive Dental Practice. I consider myself to be a nervous patient but my lovely dentist, Olivia Arthur, is so gentle and understanding that all my appointments have been a breeze. Isabel had an old bridge which broke, leave a space of 2 teeth noticeable in her smile. 

 The root that remained after the break was not saveable.

To fill this gap and return the smile to its previous aesthetics and function we placed an implant and restored this with 2 teeth on it.

Jillian attended the practice looking for a Smile Makeover.

After years of avoiding smiling in photos, Jillian wanted to find a solution for her overlapping teeth.

We discussed the smile goals, and decided that by correcting the position of the teeth using clear aligners would initially be the best course of action.  The main aim was to correct the upper and lower crowding by aligning the central incisors, which appeared short due to them leaning in the way, and also pull in the lateral incisors so they stopped catching the lip.  When doing this we also expected the gum levels to improve.  Using clear aligners we aligned the teeth and the gum heights.

Jillian is now going on to receive some composite bonding and crowns with Tony to finish off this stunning transformation.
