Jillian attended the practice looking for a Smile Makeover.

After years of avoiding smiling in photos, Jillian wanted to find a solution for her overlapping teeth.

The Treatment

We discussed the smile goals, and decided that by correcting the position of the teeth using clear aligners would initially be the best course of action.  The main aim was to correct the upper and lower crowding by aligning the central incisors, which appeared short due to them leaning in the way, and also pull in the lateral incisors so they stopped catching the lip.  When doing this we also expected the gum levels to improve.  Using clear aligners we aligned the teeth and the gum heights.

Jillian is now going on to receive some composite bonding and crowns with Tony to finish off this stunning transformation.

Grace came to the practice after orthodontic treatment. As a child Grace had an accident involving a trampoline net, which resulted in the loss of one of her front adult teeth.

This culminated in years of a temporary space filler which was changed often when orthodontic treatment was carried out and as her teeth grew – many of which the patient did not like the look of and felt conscious of.

We decided with Grace and her lovely mum to make a very conservative bridge as a permanent replacement option until Grace is older and implant treatments become a suitable option.

Lauren attended Queen’s Drive Dental Practice and met with our Smile Advisor, Amber.

She explained her concerns and told us that she never smiled due to her teeth being see-through on the edges.

Lauren felt confident and wanted to move to the next stage to meet our dentist Anthony. Anthony did a full clinical assessment which included pictures and x-rays and he also discussed more about the clinical side of treatment to achieve the results Lauren desired.

Lauren was happy that the procedure was explained fully and that everything ran smoothly. Amber and Lauren met after the full assessment and they discussed moving forward with treatment for the next stages on the journey to get the completed result. We booked all appointments to work around her schedule.

Ross attended our practice with his main concern being his 4 upper front teeth.

After braces when he was younger he felt his teeth had moved again and was also wanting to address worn and thinning enamel.

He also wanted to change some silver fillings with more aesthetic white ones and wanted to improve the overall colour of his teeth.

The Treatment

Ross saw me for his assessment where photos, scans and radiographs were taken to get a full picture of what we needed to do to achieve his ideal smile makeover.

He then saw Sophie for his hygiene treatment before coming back to me for his Invisalign treatment to correct the bite and correct his upper front teeth with crowns.

After Invisalign treatment was finished, he was given retainers to keep the teeth straight.

We then carried out a trial smile to show Ross the design of the teeth we had planned so he could see what his smile would look like before we had even done anything to the teeth.

Once approved we went ahead and prepared the upper 4 front teeth for some super natural crowns, as well as some composite bonding on the canines to ensure good harmony in the smile. Ross is now maintaining his smile with us with his routine check-ups and hygiene visits.
